Joyce Wang (Co-President) Hello CSF! I'm Joyce Wang and as your Co-President I want to make your experience with CSF as rewarding and enjoyable as possible! I love CSF because it's a combination of prestige and fun; it's an academic honor society (which means you get stoles!!) AND a community service club with meaningful events. Aside from CSF, I'm a Link Crew Commissioner and part of Spanish Honor Society. I'm obsessed with Jamba Juice, suck at parking, and love my cat named Simba. Come talk to me if you have any questions! |
Pratibha Sriram (Co-President) Hi CSF! My name is Pratibha and I am really excited to be one of your co-presidents for the 2016-17 school year! I joined CSF as a freshman and have previously served as your Activities Coordinator and Treasurer. I love CSF because our events give you the chance to make a difference in the community and make new friends at the same time! I have gained so much through CSF and hope you all will as well. Outside of CSF, I also dance and am part of Viking Buddies and FBLA. In my free time, I love running, sleeping way too much, and hanging out with friends. I look forward to an amazing year of both service and fun with all of you! |
Brian Jeong (Vice President) Hey CSF! My name is Brian and I am super excited to be your 2016-2017 Vice President! I started out as a member during freshman year and this club has impacted me in so many ways. Through this club, I was able to gain volunteer experience, meet new people along the way, and help the community. Aside from CSF, I enjoy volunteering in outside organizations as well as playing music in various ensembles and orchestras. I am also a photography editor for Valhalla school yearbook. Since I am a very social person, I will try my best to meet everyone of you in events or meetings. I look forward to meeting you guys and having a wonderful year! |
Emily Su (Secretary) Hey CSF! My name is Emily and I'm excited to serve as your CSF secretary this school year! I joined CSF my freshman year to continue volunteering during the school year. Not only did CSF provide me with more opportunities to serve our community, but I also got the chance to meet many new people. Outside of CSF, I am an officer of Lynbrook's Athletics Unlimited, Photography Club, and Junior Taiwanese American Student Association (JTASA). I participate in cross country and am an editor for the Lynbrook’s yearbook, Valhalla.I’m always open to meeting new people, so please feel free to come up and talk to me! |
Lilian Chen (Treasurer)
Hi everyone! My name is Lilian and I am super excited to be your 2016-2017 CSF Treasurer. These past two years in CSF, I got to meet new friends as well as help out in my community, and I really hope that I can create the same opportunities for you. In addition to CSF volunteering, I play water polo and swim, serve as this year's ASB Treasurer, and participate in FBLA and Free the Children on campus. In terms of talents, I'm capable of falling asleep in basically any class and at any period of time. If you ever see me around campus, feel free to come up and talk to me (or talk down to me, if you're really tall). I'm looking forward to an amazing year! Selina Li (Activities Coordinator) Hey CSF! I’m Selina, and I’m so excited to be one of your Activities Coordinators this year. I joined CSF second semester of freshman year because I wanted to make a positive impact on others. Volunteering with CSF is a great way to help out the community and meet some awesome people, as I’ve personally experienced. Outside of CSF, I do LD debate, take art classes, and sing in a choral ensemble. I also enjoy dancing, taking photos, and sleeping (a lot). I’d love to meet all of you so don’t hesitate to come chat with me or ask me any questions. Let’s make this a fantastic year! |
Samhita Honnavalli (Activities Coordinator)
Hey everyone! My name is Samhita Honnavalli and I'll be your Activities Coordinator this year!! I joined CSF sophomore year so that I could make difference to the community by volunteering for a variety of events. I'm really excited to find a wide variety of volunteering opportunities! Outside of CSF, I'm part of Lynbrook's Free the Children, Link Crew and Aisa. I love to dance, swim, sing, read and hang out with friends whenever I can. I look forward to meeting and volunteering with you all!! |
Neha Palvai (Project Chair)
Hey CSF! I'm Neha and I'm ecstatic to be serving as your Project Chair for the year 2016-2017! After moving to India when I was younger, I started volunteering and I have been doing so for the last 7 years. However, after joining Lynbrook, I found myself in this club only because the few friends I had joined and persuaded me to do so as well. I'm so glad I listened to them because CSF helped me give back to the community in a way I had never done before. Other than volunteering, I spend my time watching an unhealthy amount of television, devouring pizza, playing the piano, performing in shows, and participating in speech tournaments. I love meeting new people and making friends so please come up to talk to me (I hope I don't creep any of you out with my "eccentric" personality!) I can't wait to have an incredible year and meet all of you who are joining the CSF family! |
